If anyone can prove that good design doesn't always have to cost a fortune, it's the talented Judy of DIY by Design. She recently revealed the transformation of her ten year-old daughter's room, who requested her space have aqua in it. Judy chose Benjamin Moore Whispering Spring for three of the walls, and stenciled the pink wall all by herself! Amazing!
