I love these beautiful rooms designed by Robyn Karp. They are all elegant with such clean lines and pretty color. I especially love that rug in the top image...a little walk on the ocean! -Robyn Karp Interiors

Sophisticated Guest Room
Wouldn't this be a great guest room to have in your home? It is so serene and calming, guests are sure to feel perfectly at home...but still so pampered! Love those tufted headboards. -PointClickHome

Kevin Haley's Sanctuary
Just like me, designer Kevin Haley grew up in Minnesota. But now he's designing projects for Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio. Lucky guy. These images come from his own sanctuary-like home in LA. I love the light just oozing in. -Kevin Haley Interior Design and Elle Decor UK via Apartment Therapy

VT Wonen is De Beste
I recently discovered VT Women, a magazine out of the Netherlands. I have no idea what anything says, but once I found their inspiration section, I was hooked. These images are all so pretty!!

Room with Character
This image shows that a great room doesn't need to cost a ton of money. The way-cool blue chairs are from a Kansas City yard sale while most of the artwork was created by friends. Love it. -Apartment Therapy

Color that Pops
Desire to Inspire included the top image in an inspirational post devoted to fun chandeliers. Designed by Rees Roberts (who also designed Chino Latino, one of my favorite places in Minneapolis), these bedrooms are so simplistic and colorful. Love how the color just POPS.

Beautiful Bunking
Urban Grace Interiors recently had a fantastic post featuring all sorts of gorgeous draped beds, including this pretty picture that I just love. What a great idea for a beach house. When I was a kid, heck even now, I'd love to spend some QT bunking here with my cousins or friends. You have to check out Urban Grace Interiors because there are more than a dozen beds just as yummy!!

Colorful London Hotel
Yesterday Daisy Pink Cupcake had a whole slew of gorgeous images from the Firmdale Hotels in London..including an image I knew I'd shared before that I found on PointClickHome. Who knew that it came from this fabulous London hotel?! You have to check out Daisy Pink Cupcake to see the even more of the this and another equally grand hotel. Trust me, all the rooms are as terrific as these.

Dining in Style
I wish I could see more of this brightly colored, totally cool room snapped by photographer Hans Zeegers out of Amsterdam. Purple, pink, turquoise...what more could any girl want?! I love it! -Hans Zeegers Fotografie for VT Wonen Magazine

Beach House Bedroom
I love this picture because it shows that you don't have to paint your room to get a beach house vibe. Turquoise accents easily do the job! -Coastal Living

Crafting in a Tiffany Box and Feeling Grateful
I love this cheerful craft room that was submitted to Apartment Therapy's Fall Colors Contest. I can totally see how this room would inspire some major creativity. -Apartment Therapy
So I am feeling pretty grateful today. First of all, Paula from Neutral Dwelling gave a huge shout-out to House of Turquoise (and my other blogs too!) on her blog today. Thank you Paula! Seeing your entry just made my day! Check out the image she posted of her daughter's turquoise bedroom...I love the striped bedding!

More from the Hamptons
When Desire to Inspire posted images from the Hamptons based interior design firm Mabley Handler, I almost passed out. Clearly, The House of Turquoise and Hamptons Style go hand-in-hand. I'm going to pretend I'm off to my own gorgeous summer home (although I'm just going to my brother's in the opposite side of town). Have a great weekend! -Mabley Handler Interior Design via Desire to Inspire

Lily Pond
This is Martha Stewart's East Hampton home on Lily Pond Lane. I guess I shouldn't expect less from her. Its gorgeous. Wouldn't it be so grand to have a beautiful summer retreat? One day, one day.... -The Martha Blog
